Information Dissemination.

Effective information dissemination and exchange are important in the effort to control and end the AIDS epidemic.

HAQOCI has developed an HIV/AIDS care information dissemination plan for health care providers, policy makers and the public. The core activities of this plan will be the development and production of newsletters for policy makers, pamphlets for the public and a video on community home based care for both care providers and patients.

Objectives;

Develop partnerships with government and Non Governmental Organisations and individuals.

Develop an inventory of existing information on HIV/AIDS care for policy makers and the public.

Assess the information needs by policy makers and the public on improving the quality of care for HIV/AIDS patients.

Develop information on improving the quality of care for HIV/AIDS patients.

Will disseminate the information developed in objective 4 above as widely as possible.
